Community Development District Meetings

The Board of Supervisors of the Montecito Community Development District will hold their regular monthly meetings at the Montecito Beach Club, located at 208 Montecito Drive, Satellite Beach, Florida 32937 at 11:00 a.m. on the following dates:

MeetingThere may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at 386-257-2501, at least 48 hours before the meetings.
